Summer 2012 Adult Registration
2012 Schedules will be posted no later than Fri May 20th
DISC will start its 2012 Summer Adult 7-A-Side Soccer League on May 29th. The league will operate along the same lines as the previous Fall/Winter/Summer programs with the same indoor rules. Games will be played on an outdoor Fieldturf field which is almost exactly the same playing area as the indoor field. In the event of inclement weather, games will move indoors to DISC indoor turf field. Teams will play a minimum of 15 * one hour games starting no earlier than 7pm. All games will be completed by 11.30pm. Ladies Games will be played on Sundays or Thursdays and Men’s Games on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays. Occasional Friday games may be scheduled where necessary. Teams may request to avoid a specific playing night to complement other leagues they are playing in.
Team Registration: If a full team of up to 14 players register (one payment and an individual registration form for each individual player at one time), prior to April 15th, the team fee will be $1350. For team registrations completed after April 15th, the team fee will be $1600. These fees include 13% HST. For teams wishing to carry more than 14 players, additional players will pay $30 if registering at the same time as the team or $40 if registering separately. Early Bird Pricing of $1350 per Team and $120 per player applies to all registrations completed by April 15th. Late Registration Fee of $200 per team applies from 13th May. Teams with a preferred playing night will be accommodated where possible if the request to play on a specific night is clearly indicated on the team registration form and provided not too many teams request the same evening.
Individual Registration: The fee for individual registrants is $130 incl GST ($120 prior to April 15th). Individual registrations will be accepted and players will be allocated to teams by DISC where spots are available.
These fees include all costs (field rental, lights, match balls, referees, admin, team sheets, etc) except uniforms. Numbered uniforms must be supplied by players and are mandatory. If a team does not have a uniform, DISC will lend them shirts in return for a $20 / shirt deposit. $10 of this deposit is refundable at the end of the season on return of the shirt. Teams without numbered uniforms may not be permitted to play. Late Registration Fee of $20 applies from 13th May.
Playing Days: Ladies Open - Sundays & Thursdays
Men's Open - Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays – occasional Fridays may be required
These playing days are a guideline. Depending upon the number of teams registering in each category, occasional alternative days may be necessary.
Registration: To register a team, please complete a team registration form and return with a $300 deposit. The full balance of the team registration fee with completed registration forms is due by May 10th (April 15th for Early Bird price of $1,350 per team). Failure to meet this deadline will result in forfeit of the deposit and loss of a place in the league. Registration may be sent by mail (no cash) or in person at DISC.

Refund Policy
Individual Cancellations made before April 30th 2012 are subject to a $25 administration fee. Team Registrations are non-refundable. There are no refunds after this date, unless cancellation is on medical grounds supported by a Doctor's note.
Payment is by cash, cheque (payable to Durham Indoor Soccer Centre Ltd), credit & debit cards.
NSF Administration Fee of $25 will apply to all NSF cheques
