MEN'S OVER 35'S RECREATIONAL Fall 08
DISC's popular Men's non-competitive Over 35's soccer will take place on Monday evenings from 8pm - 11.30pm beginning Mon 29th Sep and finishing Monday Dec 22nd. To accommodate the high demand for this program and to reduce the number of late finishes, the format will change slightly from last seasons. This Fall there will be three 70 minute games starting at 8pm, 9.10pm and 10.20pm with a maximum of 24 players per session. This should result in the same field time as in previous years but with less sitting. Players will be divided into two groups based on age/playing ability. Start times for each group will alternate each week. Each evening, players present at each session will be divided into 2 teams. This recreational programme is as popular with the experienced players as it is with the novices, caters to all abilities and has filled early every year. The cost for the Fall 2008 Session is: $150. Players registering before 31st July will receive a reduced fee of $140. Players registering after 15th September will be charged a $20 late fee for a total of $170. Players registered in the Fall 07 or Winter 08 program will receive a priority sign up until Jun 30th. From 1st July, new registrations will be processed. Allocation of space will be on a first come first serve basis.

To register : complete the registration form, indicating whether you are a Returning Player or a New Player. Drop off your completed registration form and payment at DISC during the times indicated in the Contact Us section on the Home page of this website, OR mail your registration form and cheque to 1289 Terwillegar Avenue, Oshawa, L1J7A4. Cheques should be made payable to "DISC". Please do not mail cash.
Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start of the session are subject to a $25 administration fee. There are no refunds after this date, unless cancellation is on medical grounds supported by a Doctor's note. For players cancelling on medical grounds, a pro-rated amount less $25 admin fee will be calculated from the date the Doctor's note is received.
