Fields must be paid for within 72 hours of booking. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit card or debit. Once booked, DISC's cancellation policy is that a refund will only be given if written notice (e-mail) of cancellation is made more than 30 days before the booking. For cancellations within 30 days, DISC will refund the renter less $25 admin fee if it is able to re-rent the field.  A full refund for the outdoor field will be given if the forecast temperature (according to CBC weather for Oshawa) is below 0C, the renter does not use the field and the renter advises DISC in writing by e-mail before the booking.
