You may download registrations from the website and register by mail, e-mail (DurhamIndoorSoccer@rogers.com ), fax (905 436 7759), by dropping off registrations in the black mailbox outside the glass entrance door to DISC at any time or you may register in person at DISC

OFFICE HOURS

Effective Apr 28, 2010, DISC's Office will be closed for the Summer and open by appointment only. Please contact durhamindoorsoccer@rogers.com  if you wish to make an appointment.

The Office will re-open in mid-August 2010 for receipt of Fall registrations. Office hours will be published on this page at that time.  

The office is manned by one member of staff only. If you are planning to visit the office, please call ahead (905 436 6921) to ensure that s/he is not running an errand when you visit.

In-Person Visits to DISC 

If you wish to drop off registration forms or field rental cheques outside these times, the following choices are available :

  • leave in the black mail box on the outside of the building by the main glass front doors. No cash or credit card payments. 
  • mail to 1289 Terwillegar Ave Oshawa L1J 7A4 (cheques only in the drop box or by mail please)
