DISC's Fall registration Early Bird registration deadlines are Jun 30th and July 31st
You may download registrations from the website and register by mail, e-mail (disc@rogers.com), fax (905 436 7759), by dropping off registrations in the black mailbox outside the glass entrance door to DISC at any time or you may register in person at DISC's Open House registrations on the following dates:
Thursday June 26th 6-9pm
Wednesday July 30th 6-9pm
Thursday 28th August 6-9pm
Saturday 30th August 9am-Noon

In-Person Visits to DISC
The DISC Office is closed for the Summer and will re-open in September. Registrations with payment by credit card may be mailed, faxed or e-mailed. Registrations with payment by cheque may be mailed or delivered in person to the black mail box outside the glass entry dors to DISC. Registrants wishing to pay by cash may do so at the Open House.
If you wish to drop off registration forms or field rental cheques outside these times, the following choices are available :
